The Challenge
A coaching platform needed an AI assistant that could provide personalized guidance to thousands of members — each with a unique profile and learning journey. The AI needed to remember past conversations, understand each member's context, and scale without degrading quality.
The Solution
Built an AI mentor system that integrates directly into the membership platform's chat interface. Each user has isolated conversation memory stored in a dedicated database, and the AI draws on their profile data to provide contextual, personalized responses. The system is designed to scale to 5,000+ concurrent users.
